Who can rent the conference room? How much does it cost?

Anyone can rent the conference room. Sierra Commons members and nonprofit organizations have a discounted rate of $20 per hour. To the public the standard rental rate is $30 per hour.

Conference room rental includes the following:

  • Video projector and large screen
  • WiFi
  • Surround sound system
  • Blu-ray DVD
  • White board
  • Flip chart easel
  • Lectern
  • Coffee, Tea, and Kitchenette
  • Seats ten at a conference table and there is presentation seating for 25.
  • Catering available
