Who can rent the conference room? How much does it cost?

Anyone can rent the conference room. Sierra Commons members and nonprofit organizations get half off the standard rental rate of $60 per hour.

Conference room rental includes the following:

  • Video projector and large screen
  • WiFi
  • Surround sound system
  • Blu-ray DVD
  • Teleconferencing system
  • White board
  • Flip chart and easel
  • Coffee, Tea, and popcorn
  • Seats ten at a conference table and there is presentation seating for 25.
  • Catering available
